Erica is a Director at our Malaysia office and Head of the Executive Office of YCP Group. Within YCP Solidiance, she has assisted global clients in assessing market opportunities, developing market entry strategies, business growth strategies, and identifying potential business partners across multiple industries and geographies. Prior to joining YCP Solidiance, Erica was with one of the global big four accounting and advisory firms, specializing in corporate recovery services. She brings with her solid project management and execution skills with experience serving both the public and private sectors. Erica holds a Bachelor's in Economics and Finance from Cardiff University and a Master's Degree in Investment and Finance from the University of Westminster.
MANAGER
Adeline is an Associate based in our Malaysia office. She began her career in one of Malaysia’s biggest start-ups as an Accounts Executive before moving to an economics research firm where she worked with international organizations such as JICA and UNDP. Prior to joining YCP Solidiance, she worked in a local boutique consulting where she worked with clients from both the Malaysian government and private sector, carrying out market research studies, feasibility studies, business planning, financial modeling, and implementation works. The industries that she has worked in include Technology, NGOs, Agriculture, Utilities & Infrastructure. Adeline holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Monash University, majoring in Accounting and Business Law & Taxation.
